Please Note for All Pre-Orders:

  • Delivery Time: Orders may take up to 14 business days to ship, and in some cases longer depending on your location. This includes potential delays due to customs clearance, international shipping issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Final Sale Policy: All pre-orders are final sale. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the order is placed. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order.
  • International Orders: For customers outside of UK, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping fees.
  • Please kindly note if the packaging of the product comes to us damaged in any form, we take no responsibility and this will still be shipped out to you.
