Do you accept returns?

All sale is final. We do not accept any returns or exchange. 

In the case we send a wrong or defective item(s) or missing item(s), please email us at info@socutemart.com and we will look into the issue and arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 1 hour of receiving your confirmation email. 

Please contact us with your name and order number at: info@socutemart.com. After 1 hour, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it. All sale is final, please consider your purchases before buying. 

I have entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, drop us an email within our processing time of 1 hour at info@socutemart.com. Please take into account that all orders will be processed and ready to be shipped out after this period and we will not be able to make changes or process any refunds.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if you fail to claim the package from your local postal office before the given period, a fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing and shipping.
 

Tracking update says that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything?

Follow these steps:

  • Make sure you have entered the shipping address correctly, this should be in your confirmation/shipping email that you would have received.
  • Check if somebody else accepted your package. This could be someone living with you or a neighbour.
  • Sometimes a notice of attempted delivery could be left at the delivery location - this is usually in the form of a card, email or text message
  • Look around the delivery location, your postal courier could have left it in a "safe place" when no one was home.

In very rare cases there could be a fault in the system or a scan error with the postal services. Please wait a few business days before contacting us as it may show up at your door! If this is still not the case, please email us at info@socutemart.com with your order number and we will look into it. 

Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund straight away to protect the team at So Cute Mart from any fraudulent activity. Please be patient with us while we investigate the matter as we will need to contact our suppliers and the postal services. Rest assured, we will keep you up to date!

My order was supposed to be for a gift, but it arrived too late, can I get a refund?

We encourage customers to check our estimated shipping times under our Shipping Policy before purchasing items as gifts. If your item arrives within our estimated times, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Please kindly note all sale is FINAL as we do not accept any returns/ exchange. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is processed fully.
