We currently offer delivery to the UK, Europe and internationally.

(We have currently stopped delivering to the US due to tariff and custom charges)

  • Order Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Second Class or EVRI, with tracking available.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • UK: Up to 5 working days after dispatch
    • Europe: Up to 7 working days after dispatch
    • US and other international orders: Up to 14 working days after dispatch

Please note that import/custom taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, any potential delays are on the courier's end, and unfortunately, we cannot control this. However, we will assist as best as possible. To avoid any delays, we recommend ordering in advance.

Tracking Your Order:

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and if you provide your contact number, the courier will be able to contact you more conveniently if required. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window of time to correct an incorrect address. If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please contact us within 1 hour at info@socutemart.com

Lost or Stolen Packages:

So Cute Mart is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please kindly note that after we have dispatched your order, any delays are on the courier's end and this is completely out of our control. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping courier using the information provided in your email confirmation. If you need further assistance, reach out to our customer support team at info@socutemart.com.

⭐ Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, but we are happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged. Proof of damage is required.
  • Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement, provided the payment hasn't been processed and the order has not been packed. Please contact us immediately for cancellations at socutemart@gmail.com.
  • For damaged or defective items, please provide photographic evidence. In most cases, the item will need to be returned for evaluation before a refund or exchange can be processed.
